The night before

Two years ago tonight, Kevin and I didn't get much sleep. The minutes couldn't click by fast enough. We walked around our house knowing tomorrow would change everything.

We would be meeting our daughter, in person, for the very first time in less than 24 hours. Not to leave and return months later, but to bring her home - forever!

These two years have FLOWN by! We've lived so much joy because this little lady joined our lives. We've made forever friends who love their own Guat-tots. We've shared our love with a child who may not have had a home.

As Kevin and I reflect on what tonight means to us, please say a prayer as we celebrate tomorrow - two years as our forever family!

I cannot believe it has been 2 years! I will never forget the day I got to see her in person, hug her, kiss her, and just take her in! Felt like she had always been here! Finally the pictures had come to life. She was just as beautiful in the pictures as she was in person. That beautiful complexion, crazy black hair and those dark eyes that just suck you in and melt your heart! She still melts my heart every time I see her, listen to hear talk, watch her play, and tell me all of the latest gossip! I LOVE YOU ISABELLA!! (AND UNCLE TIM DOES TOO!) :-)

Our precious Bella, I could go on forever talking about her! I can't believe it's been 2 years already, it seems like she's always been a part of our family. I will never forget the day I saw my older sister walk off a plane with her own child. Isabella becoming a part of our family has been nothing but magic. When I'm sad or upset, you can always go to Isabella. She'll ask what's wrong and it really seems like she's listening to your problems. She's defiantly a very special little lady and I couldn't imagine our family without her. She's definatly a 'crazy bunny' and she always puts a smile on my face. I absouletly LOVE spending time with her and having our 'slumber parties'(which we need one)! As mom and I always say, we could just eat her up! It makes me SO proud to call her my niece, but also calling her my Goddaughter is something so special all in its own. Happy Gotchday Bella, you truly are with your 'forever family'. You have amazing parents and they love you SO much.
Uncle Chris and I will see you this weekend, we love you Bella!
